A light salad with Radicchio, rocket, pine nuts and Parmesan

Prosciutto De Palma and slices of cantaloupe melon

A dressed local lobster for two, served with lime and garlic mayonnaise dip

A Selection of local Cheeses including Cornish Brie, Cornish Blue, Gevrik Goats Cheese and Maryland Mature Cheddar

All served with a punnet of provencal olives, ‘Salty Dog‘ crisps a selection of Mediterranean bread rolls and traditional Rodda’s Cornish Butter

A punnet of Strawberries with lemon and mint or Cornish clotted cream

To Drink

Two Bottles of Cornish Orchards Cider

Two Bottles of ‘Pure Blue’ spring water

A Choice of:
Champagne Renard Barnier
a complex sparkling wine, bottle aged for three years with a fine mousse and toasty finish

A bracing dry white from the Eastern Loir Valley with a great length

2004 Camel Valley Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé
A persistent sparkling wine with a delicate strawberry nose
