Sam's background in Events Management is London based. From organising events for the likes of Burberry and Bulgari, Sam has a fine trained eye for making the smallest detail perfect. Sam has taken her time putting together a formidable team, perfect for the smaller intimate party right through to the larger scale event.
Bruno Helebrandt Chef
Bruno Helebrandt, originally from Slovakia, Bruno brings his passion and unrelenting aim to utilise the 'Best of the West'. Bruno trained under the famous Slovakian Chef Richard Sykora, well known throughout Europe for his expertise. After travelling throughout Britain, Bruno has settled in Cornwall because he feels it is where food is at it's most exciting and accessible.
